Sarah Hawilo didn\'t set out to build a hospitality company. She didn\'t have front-of-house experience or family roots in the industry — just a habit of asking why things work the way they do. And the hospitality sector had a lot of "because that\'s how it\'s always been done."

She spent months embedded in properties — not as a consultant but as a learner. She watched the disconnect between what guests expected and what operators could reliably deliver, and it didn't frustrate her — it fascinated her. She saw how operators were being underserved by vendors who understood the industry only at the surface. These were solvable problems hiding in plain sight.

So Servme started from first principles: what does a hospitality operator actually need to succeed? What does a guest actually notice? The answers shaped everything: our product, our account manager model, our support, our pricing.

Today, Servme is trusted by more than 3,000 operators across MENA. We didn't come from hospitality. We came for it.
