Always, and at no extra cost. Every customer gets a dedicated account manager, white-glove onboarding, and 24/7 tech support. Your team also gets access to the knowledge base: video tutorials, product updates, and on-demand training sessions.
Servme is hospitality operators’ growth partner. It combines reservations, table management, CRM, marketing, payments, and more in one system, with no third-party commissions and no patchwork of tools.
Standalone restaurants, multi-location F&B groups, entertainment venues, and hotels with food and beverage operations.
We are global. Servme is live across hundreds of cities worldwide.
Servme runs on the web, Android tablets, iOS and Android mobile devices, and iPad.
Restaurant Management
Never. Servme has a zero-commission policy. No charges on reservations, waitlist requests, or bookings from any third-party channel, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others.
Servme connects your venue to direct booking channels: an online widget, plus integrations with Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Google, Zomato, and more. Bookings come directly to you. The built-in CRM and marketing tools let you re-engage past guests and bring them back without manual effort.
All bookings — online, walk-in, waitlist, and special requests — appear in one place: the Servme table management system. Set your rules for capacity, covers, and availability, and the system handles the rest. View your floor in list, floorplan, section, or grid format.
Yes, on the Essential and Advanced plans. Create and manage events, track bookings and covers, monitor payments collected, and see exactly where your event traffic is coming from, all in the dashboard.
Yes. Servme has a built-in email and SMS marketing platform. Create campaigns, set up automations, use ready-made templates, and track performance, all from the dashboard. SMS bundles are available for global markets. Email allowance starts at 5,000 per month, with the option to go up to 10,000.
Connect Servme to a payment provider and require deposits or credit card authorization at the time of booking. Guests can pay partially or in full upfront, or authorize their card, which is charged on no-show or late cancellation. Rules can be set by shift or event. Staff can also collect deposits over the phone.
Yes. Servme is built for multi-location operations. Guest profiles are shared across your entire group — staff can access the full picture without creating duplicate records. Manage roles and permissions across locations to control exactly what each team member can see and do.
Yes. Create, edit, and publish digital menus directly from the Servme dashboard — no app required. Customize the look to match your brand, generate a QR code, and launch as many menus as you need. Digital menus are a practical way to promote seasonal items and increase spend per cover.
Integrations
Yes. Servme integrates with 30+ point-of-sale systems. See the full list on the integrations page. By linking your POS, Servme captures guest spend, orders, and menu preferences, giving your team the data to personalize service and upsell with confidence.
Integrations depend on your operational needs. Here is a quick guide:
Phone: When a guest calls, the host sees their profile and booking history in real time. It helps personalize the call and reduce manual entry.
Point of Sale: Link spend, ordered items, discounts, and server data directly to the guest CRM and reporting dashboard.
Payments: Collect deposits, sell events, and authorize cards to reduce no-shows — recommended for all operations.
Property Management System (for hotels): Staff can check in F&B guests instantly — no paper printouts.
Booking channels: Keep your venue visible and capture direct bookings on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tripadvisor, Zomato, and more.
Phone and POS integrations are available on the Advanced plan.
Yes. Servme has open APIs. We share them with third parties following a technical scoping meeting.
